Appearance:
Dawn is a gorgeous she-cat, even with the countless scars. She is graceful, lithe, and lean. Much like her father she is built more for speed than strength with her slender frame and long legs. Her pelt is a light tan with a darker, almost orange stripe going down her spine to her tail. Her chin, cheeks, and ears are the same orange tan as the stripe going down her back. Her underbelly is a very dark brown, her lower legs with the same coloration. Dark brown stripes grace her back and legs, intricate markings also adorning her face. Her paws are snow white, along with a stripe on her face while her eyes are a light, spring green. Dawn's pelt is generally short with some fluoof on her chest and the tips of her ears.

Personality:
Dawn is a survivor. She is a peculiarity of nature vs nurture. The environment she was raised in should have twisted her into a cold hearted killer, a lover of death, violence and pain. Yet Dawn is a light in the darkness, a roaring flame that refused to go out. No amount of cruelty or pain has ever been able to break Dawn's spirit. Dawn has suffered through great pain, emotionally and physically yet she still gets back to her feet. In a place where cruelty, violence, pain, death, and aggression were celebrated she had to do whatever it took to survive. Dawn is smart and clever and is not above pulling underhanded tricks to ensure her loved ones survival. She stands firm in the face of adversary, standing her ground and standing up for those who cannot defend themselves. Dawn is kind, her heart filled with love and light. She hasn't let the darkness twist her, she didn't allow the pain to make her cruel, she never stopped helping others. No matter how many times she was beaten down, how many times she was attacked and berated, Dawn always stood firm. There is a strength to Dawn, one that let her fight back, push back against the darkness. She thinks there is good in everyone, choosing to be optimistic. Dawn is a tireless worker, one who knows what its like to hurt and starve. She doesn't let others see her break, always lighthearted with a smile. Before she wasn't allowed to show weakness, weakness was death, now she still doesn't let others see how much she is hurting. She doesn't want anyone to go through what she did and is kind to even the meanest of individuals. Dawn loves her son with every shred of her soul. Grief and pain eat at her heart, never forgiving herself for the death of her two daughters. She wished she could have given all three of them a better life, a life free of pain and death. She accepts her son for who he is, helping him grow and loving every part of him. Secretly she worries that she has ruined her sons life, ruined his prospects to have happy and healthy relationships. All he knew was violence, pain and death. Many mistake her kindness as a weakness, her willingness to turn the other cheek as foolishness. Dawn did not let the darkness twist her but she let it make her stronger. She has the capability to be vicious, to be as efficient of a killer as she was raised to be. She will not sit back and stand idle. Dawn will not hesitate to defend those she loves, those who cannot defend themselves. She will always be there for those who need a helping paw, for those who need a shoulder to lean on. She will stand alone against an army of demons for those she loves, fight the whole dark forest if she needed to.

History:
Dawn was born to the bloody remains of a war torn group, Endless Blood. Her father and uncle had ripped the group apart in a lethal rage, painting the ground red with their blood. Her father didn't know her mother was expecting, her father didn't even want to be with her mother, her father had the love of his life taken from him and unleashed the monster that the group had made him into. Dawn doesn't hate her father or uncle for what they did, even if it made her life hard. You see Dawn's father was one of the best killers the group had ever seen, and that meant everything in the Metal Forest.
When Silent and Shattered had left, the group had nearly been wiped out. Only a few remained, Dawn's mother and her siblings, the leaders son Wreck, and a few killers. Wreck was furious, he was to inherited the most powerful group in the Metal Forest but overnight it had been destroyed. He blamed Dawn, labeled her father and uncle as Traitors. Endless Blood struggled to survive initially, the other groups of the Metal Forest hungry for their blood. Resources were scarce in the Metal Forest, it was kill or be killed. Endless Blood had just perfected the art of killing. It didn't take long for the group to recover, to bounce back from their near extinction. Dawn was the lowest of the low, the daughter of the Traitor. She was used as target practice, sent out on the front lines of the never ending war, sent on dangerous missions. They did their best to kill her, to break her, to make her some small useless thing that would do whatever they said. They didn't succeed. Her defiance enraged them further, her punishment and poor treatment growing even worse. Everyone hated her for her father, making her life a living hell. Yet her bloodline was desirable, yes Silent and Shattered had almost destroyed the group but that in itself was valuable. The strength they possessed, the killing talent, Wreck wouldn't let that escape Endless Blood.
Dawn tried to escape many times, each attempt failing, resulting in her being dragged back close to death. Dawn never gave up. When Wreck expressed interest in her as a partner Dawn had thought perhaps it would spare her some of the torture, some of the endless pain. She became his mate and learned quickly how wrong she was. Dawn found herself pregnant, never wanting to bring kits into the world she lived in. Ice, Spark, and Dandelion became her whole world. She did everything in her power to protect her kits. Taking the beatings that were meant for them, giving them the meager food she could find while she went starving. She never let them see her cry, she was always a comforting presence, there to protect them and love them. Dawn loved her kits more than life itself and Wreck knew it. One day she had done something he deemed disobedient, accused her of giving in to her traitor blood. Dawn doesn't even remember what she did to enrage him so. He had others hold her down as he killed Spark and Dandelion in front of her. Ice was spared only because he could still be used against her if needed. Dawn's heart broke that day, she hates to admit it but she let a little darkness in. She remembered those who helped Wreck, and over a moon she hunted them down and killed each one. She hardened her heart and plotted her escape. It would take a while but she knew she would be able to escape with Ice Eyes. After moons of more abuse and pain, protecting her son and accepting him for who he was, Dawn and Ice eyes finally escaped. She had been slowly poisoning Wreck, killing those closest to him and framing another of the Metal Forest groups. His closest friends, best killers, most loyal supporters had been going missing one by one. Wreck found himself growing weaker and weaker she slipped the two-leg poison into his food.
Dawn left with Ice eyes and never looked back, following the stories she was told from her mother, about her father and her uncle, what they looked like and the direction they had left in. She followed rumors and stories providing for her son and leading them on their journey until they found the clans.
